PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
These Terms govern your use of the Med-Fit website and your purchase of and participation in the Masterclass. By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Med-Fit, PLLC (“Med-Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to medfit-weightloss.com, related landing and checkout pages, and the live educational workshop titled “You Were On a GLP-1. Now What?” together with its replay and included digital materials (collectively, the “Masterclass”).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, purchase, or participate in the Masterclass.
2. Educational Program — Not Individual Medical Care
The Masterclass provides general educational information about metabolic health, nutrition, lean muscle, weight maintenance, and questions that may arise before, during, or after use of GLP-1 medications. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or a substitute for care from your own licensed healthcare professional.
Purchasing or attending the Masterclass does not create a physician-patient or other clinician-patient relationship with Dr. Angela Tran or Med-Fit. Do not start, stop, taper, change, or replace any medication or treatment based on the Masterclass. Discuss medication and health decisions with the clinician who knows your medical history. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.
The live Q&A is educational and cannot account for your complete medical history. Med-Fit may decline to answer questions that require individualized evaluation or treatment advice.
3. Registration and Payment
The price, event date and time, included materials, replay period, and other offer details are those displayed on the sales or checkout page when you purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the registration fee is a one-time charge of $47. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide, including any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. A registration is for one adult attendee and may not be transferred, resold, or shared without Med-Fit’s written permission.
4. Final-Sale and Cancellation Policy
All registrations are final and nonrefundable because access instructions and digital resources are made available in connection with the purchase. Please review the event details before completing checkout. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If Med-Fit cancels the Masterclass without providing a substantially equivalent rescheduled session or replay, Med-Fit will refund the registration fee. Med-Fit may make reasonable changes to the schedule, instructor, format, curriculum, or delivery platform. If an event is rescheduled, your registration will transfer to the new date and Med-Fit will send updated details to the email address used at checkout.
5. Access, Replay, and Technology
Access instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout. The Masterclass is expected to be delivered online using third-party services, which may include Healthie and Zoom. You are responsible for a compatible device, internet connection, current software, and checking spam or promotions folders.
Unless the offer page states otherwise, replay access lasts seven days from the date the replay link is sent. Access is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. Med-Fit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but will use reasonable efforts to address material technical issues within its control.
6. Recording and Participant Privacy
The teaching portion of the Masterclass may be recorded for the replay. A recording may also capture a participant’s display name, voice, image, chat message, or question if the participant chooses to contribute while recording is active. By speaking, appearing on camera, or posting in a recorded portion, you consent to that contribution being included in the recording and replay.
Do not disclose information that you do not want other attendees to hear or see, including identifying or sensitive health information. You may participate with your camera and microphone off and may use a non-identifying display name. Med-Fit may remove participant contributions from the replay and may pause or limit recording during Q&A, but cannot promise that every contribution will be edited out.
7. Worksheets and Sensitive Information
The GLP-1 Transition Snapshot or other pre-work worksheet is provided for your personal use. Med-Fit does not ask you to submit completed worksheets through the public website, checkout page, email, chat, or Masterclass. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, medication details, or other sensitive health information through those channels.
8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The Masterclass, recording, slides, worksheets, roadmap, written copy, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Med-Fit and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Med-Fit grants you a limited license to view, download where enabled, and print the materials for your own personal, noncommercial use.
Do not record, reproduce, upload, publish, distribute, sell, license, teach from, or create derivative commercial products from the Masterclass or its materials.
Do not share your event, replay, login, or download links with another person.
Do not remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
9. Participant Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully. You may not disrupt the event, harass others, collect another participant’s information, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services to infringe another person’s rights. Med-Fit may remove a participant or revoke access for material violations without a refund, subject to applicable law.
10. Communications
You consent to receive transactional emails needed to deliver your purchase, including receipts, access links, schedule updates, reminders, resources, and replay notices. These service messages are not optional while Med-Fit is fulfilling your registration. Promotional emails, if sent, will include a way to unsubscribe. The Masterclass registration described by these Terms does not include text-message marketing.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Individual health, weight, body-composition, medication, and behavior outcomes vary. Med-Fit does not promise or guarantee weight loss, weight maintenance, reduction in food noise, discontinuation of medication, improved laboratory values, or any other particular result. Examples and educational discussion illustrate possibilities only and are not promises of what you will experience.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and Masterclass may use or link to services operated by third parties, such as website hosts, ThriveCart, payment processors, Healthie, Zoom, email providers, and analytics providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. Med-Fit is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, Masterclass, replay, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Med-Fit disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit Med-Fit to exclude.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med-Fit and its owners, clinicians, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from the website or Masterclass. Med-Fit’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Masterclass will not exceed the amount you paid for the registration giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of nonwaivable consumer rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you and Med-Fit agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by written notice describing the concern and requested resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
16. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
Med-Fit may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The Terms in effect when you purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the offer details presented at checkout form the entire agreement concerning the Masterclass.
