PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
These Terms govern your use of the Med-Fit website and your purchase of and access to the GLP-1 Exit Strategy™ online course. By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Med-Fit, PLLC (“Med-Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to medfit-weightloss.com, related landing and checkout pages, and the self-paced educational program titled GLP-1 Exit Strategy™, including Start Here, Weeks 1–12, the What If? Vault, the Implementation Workbook, calculators, frameworks, scorecards, transcripts, videos, downloads, and other materials expressly included with your purchase (collectively, the “Course”).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, purchase, access, or participate in the Course.
2. Educational Course - Not Individual Medical Care
The Course provides general educational information about metabolic health, appetite signals, nutrition, lean muscle, food noise, behavior, weight maintenance, and questions that may arise before, during, or after use of GLP-1 medications. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, nutrition therapy, mental-health care, or a substitute for care from your own licensed healthcare professional.
Purchasing or using the Course does not create a physician-patient or other clinician-patient relationship with Dr. Angela Tran or Med-Fit. Do not start, stop, taper, change, delay, or replace any medication or treatment based on the Course. Discuss medication, nutrition, exercise, laboratory testing, and other health decisions with a qualified clinician who knows your medical history. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.
The $297 Course purchase includes only the educational content and materials expressly identified on the sales or checkout page. It does not include individualized review, coaching, community access, live question-and-answer sessions, medical care, prescribing, medication support, body-composition review, or customer support concerning health or course content. Limited assistance with billing, login, or technical access may be available through the contact information in Section 17.
3. Purchase and Payment
The price, payment options, included materials, access period, and other offer details are those displayed on the sales or checkout page when you purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the Course price is a one-time charge of $297. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide, including any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and account information. One purchase provides access for one adult user and may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or shared without Med-Fit’s written permission. Optional order bumps, add-ons, payment plans, or upgrades are not included in the Course unless you affirmatively select and pay for them at checkout. Additional products or services may have separate offer details, access periods, payment obligations, and terms.
4. Final-Sale and Cancellation Policy
Unless the sales or checkout page expressly states otherwise, Course purchases are final and nonrefundable because digital access and downloadable resources are made available in connection with the purchase. Please review the Course description, access period, device requirements, and included materials before completing checkout. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If Med-Fit permanently discontinues the Course during your stated access period without providing substantially equivalent replacement content or another reasonable remedy, Med-Fit may, as appropriate, restore access, provide substitute content, or issue a prorated or full refund. Med-Fit may make reasonable changes to the curriculum, instructor, format, order of lessons, delivery platform, or included materials, provided the Course remains substantially consistent with the offer you purchased.
If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless applicable law or the specific checkout terms provide otherwise. Loss of access because of a failed, disputed, reversed, or overdue payment does not automatically cancel amounts already due.
5. Course Access and Technology
Course access instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout. The Course is expected to be delivered through ThriveCart Academy and may use other third-party hosting, video, document, calculator, email, or analytics services. You are responsible for a compatible device, reliable internet connection, current software, and checking spam or promotions folders.
The Course is organized as a 12-week educational curriculum, but the “12-week” description identifies the recommended sequence and does not by itself define the length of your account access. Your access period is the period displayed on the sales or checkout page when you purchase. Access is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable.
Med-Fit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, compatibility with every device or software configuration, or permanent availability of any particular third-party platform. Med-Fit will use reasonable efforts to address material access problems within its control. Med-Fit may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, payment problems, suspected account sharing, or violations of these Terms.
Downloadable materials that you lawfully save during your access period may be retained for your personal, noncommercial use, subject to the intellectual-property restrictions in Section 8. Expiration or termination of Course access does not grant any right to future updates, replacement files, live services, or continued platform access.
6. Account Security and Privacy
You are responsible for safeguarding your Course login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share your username, password, access link, downloads, or other account credentials. Notify Med-Fit promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Course is not a secure channel for submitting medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, photographs, laboratory results, or other sensitive health information. Do not place sensitive health information in account fields, public comments, forms, emails, or other channels unless Med-Fit expressly provides an appropriate secure method and asks you to use it. Med-Fit’s collection and use of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Workbook, Calculators, and Sensitive Information
The Implementation Workbook, Food Noise Rebuild resources, nutrition calculator, protein calculator, maintenance calculator, exercise framework, maintenance scorecard, and similar tools are provided for your personal educational use. They may help you organize observations, questions, habits, or estimated targets, but they do not provide individualized clinical recommendations or establish that any particular calorie, protein, exercise, medication, laboratory, or weight target is safe or appropriate for you.
Completed workbook pages, calculator results, and personal notes are for your own use unless Med-Fit expressly states otherwise. The $297 Course does not include review of completed materials. Do not send completed worksheets, medical records, diagnoses, medication details, or other sensitive health information through the public website, checkout page, ordinary email, or Course platform.
8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The Course, videos, recordings, transcripts, slides, workbook, calculators, frameworks, scorecards, Vault materials, written copy, graphics, branding, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Med-Fit and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Med-Fit grants you a limited license to view, use, download where enabled, and print the materials for your own personal, noncommercial use during the applicable access period.
You may not record, reproduce, copy, scrape, upload, publish, distribute, sell, license, teach from, publicly display, share, or create derivative commercial products from the Course or its materials. You may not use Course content to train an artificial-intelligence system, build a competing course, provide services to others, or make the materials available in a shared drive, membership, group, or public platform.
Do not share your Course login, videos, transcripts, download links, calculators, workbook, or Vault materials with another person. Do not remove copyright, trademark, digital-rights-management, or attribution notices.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the website and Course respectfully and lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access; bypass access, payment, or security controls; introduce malicious code; interfere with the platform; impersonate another person; collect another user’s information; misuse support channels; or use the Course to infringe another person’s rights.
Med-Fit may suspend or revoke access for material violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful chargebacks, credential sharing, security threats, or misuse of Course materials, without a refund to the extent permitted by law.
10. Communications
You consent to receive transactional communications needed to process and deliver your purchase, including receipts, payment notices, login and access instructions, security notices, Course updates, lesson or access reminders, policy notices, and responses to billing or technical-access requests. These service messages are not optional while Med-Fit is fulfilling or administering your purchase.
Promotional emails, if sent, will include a way to unsubscribe. Purchasing the Course does not by itself enroll you in text-message marketing. Marketing consent, where requested, is separate from your agreement to receive transactional purchase and access communications.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Individual health, weight, body-composition, appetite, food-noise, laboratory, medication, and behavior outcomes vary. Med-Fit does not promise or guarantee weight loss, weight maintenance, muscle preservation or gain, reduction in food noise, discontinuation or reduction of medication, improved laboratory values, changes in symptoms, or any other particular result.
Testimonials, examples, case discussions, and educational illustrations describe individual experiences or possibilities only. They do not represent or guarantee the typical result you will experience. Your results depend on factors outside Med-Fit’s control, including your health history, medications, clinical care, behavior, environment, and use of the Course.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and Course may use or link to services operated by third parties, such as website hosts, ThriveCart, ThriveCart Academy, payment processors, video and document hosts, email providers, analytics providers, and external resources. Their terms, availability, accessibility, security practices, and privacy policies govern their services. Med-Fit is not responsible for third-party services, content, or outages outside its reasonable control.
Links to third-party products, providers, or resources are provided for convenience or education and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation for your individual circumstances.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, Course, platform access, downloads, calculators, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Med-Fit disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Med-Fit does not warrant that the Course will meet every user’s expectations, be compatible with every device, remain free of errors, or produce a particular educational, health, or financial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit Med-Fit to exclude.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med-Fit and its owners, clinicians, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to the website, Course, use of Course information, third-party services, or inability to access the Course.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med-Fit’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Course will not exceed the amount you paid to Med-Fit for the Course purchase giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including, where applicable, liability resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of nonwaivable consumer rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you and Med-Fit agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by written notice describing the concern and requested resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
16. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
Med-Fit may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The Terms in effect when you purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law, relates to security or platform administration, or you agree otherwise. Material changes affecting an existing paid access period will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the offer and payment details presented at checkout form the entire agreement concerning the Course and supersede prior or contemporaneous statements about the same subject. If an expressly stated checkout term conflicts with these Terms, the checkout term controls for that specific purchase to the extent of the conflict.
